Position Summary:
The Contract Recruiter position will support a team of Recruitment Managers and conduct full cycle recruiting for select client groups for full time positions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for developing sourcing strategies such as on-line posting, data-mining, networking, direct sourcing, and social media.
2. Assess applicants' credentials based upon job descriptions supplemented by additional feedback received from hiring manager during the contractual phase and on a continuous basis throughout the search.
3. Conduct phone interviews to further assess candidates and provide professional assessment of candidates to hiring manager.
4. Execute face-to-face interviews using behavioral-based/situational methodologies and participate on selection committee, and co-chair committees as needed.
5. Partner with HR Generalist and compensation team to prepare and negotiate offers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2-3 years? experience in staffing agency or corporate environment.
* Proven ability to execute mid-to senior-level searches in an evolving and fast paced environment.
* Experience in managing high volume requisition load.
* Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience providing web-based innovative staffing solutions.
* Intermediate and current knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law required.
* Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and negotiating skills.
